All Fogazzo rotisserie systems are designed for Gaucho Style cooking and Churrasco BBQ. They are made to work in conjunction with our precast barbecue kits but can also fit over other masonry barbecues as well. Kits are all high quality 304 stainless steel unless otherwise noted. Handles are quality hardwood with a durable finish.
