Fogazzo churrasco barbecue kits are made for both wood charcoal and or wood fires. The Models 515 and 525 are traditional Churrasco Brazilian style barbecues while the Model 535 is made to be a wood fired parrilla de ladrillo barbecue.
Fogazzo barbecue kits can be finished using a variety of materials including brick, marble, granite, stucco, etc.
